Participants will start to receive their event pack from the end of May up until a few days before the event.
If your pack does not arrive in time for the event, do not worry, we will have replacement packs at the Help Desk in the event village the day before the event (1pm-5pm) and also on the morning of the event. Please allow an extra 20 minutes for this process if you are picking up on event day and ensure that you bring a form of ID.
INTERNATIONAL RIDERS (addresses based outside of the UK)
International packs will not be sent out and need to be collected from the help desk in the event village either the day before the event (1pm-5pm) or on the morning of the event. Please allow an extra 20 minutes for this process if you are picking up on event day and ensure that you bring a form of ID.
We kindly ask that participants do not contact the customer services team about lost or replacement packs. We will not be able to send another pack via post to you so the best thing to do is to visit the team on the morning of the event. Thanks!
