If youâve purchased multiple entries, hereâs how to add your friends and family.
Your own place is already confirmed, so you do not need to use one of your additional entries.
To invite your remaining participants and complete your group registration:
Click on âParticipant Dashboardâ at the top of your confirmation email.
Scroll down to the âRemaining Registrationsâ section.
Next to your unassigned entry, click the arrow icon on the right.
Enter the email address of the person youâd like to invite.
Click Send. Your invitee will receive their own registration link to complete their details.
Your group entry isnât fully complete until all participants have registered, so be sure to send your invites soon to secure everyoneâs place!
đĄ Common Questions
I invited the wrong email or sent it to myself.
No problem! Once youâve sent an invite, a paperclip icon will appear next to it. Simply click the paperclip to copy the invite link, then share that link directly with your friend.
My friend hasnât received the invite email.
Ask them to check their junk or spam folders first. If they still canât find it, you can use the paperclip link to copy and send the registration link to them directly.
When I click the link, a login page appears.
Thatâs correct! Your invitee will need to log in or create a Time To account before continuing. Once logged in, theyâll be taken straight to the registration form.
