I can no longer take part

We are always disappointed to hear when someone can no longer join us at one of our events. We understand that in the world of sports, injuries and unforeseen circumstances can arise, preventing attendance. The below options are available to you as a participant.

1) Purchase an 'Active Refund' at the point of registration - this is the best way to ensure your money is safe. By purchasing booking protection you will cover your entry fee in the case of an emergency or any covered reasons. To claim, please contact https://refund.active.com/event.

2) Full Refund - If you notify us via email within 14 days of the original order, a full refund (less the booking fee) will be provided.

3) Pregnancy - Congratulations! Please contact us to defer your place either one or two year's.

We believe that our withdrawal policy is fair for both participants and us as event organizers. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this policy, as we receive a large number of requests. If we were to accept them all, we would not be able to continue hosting such enjoyable and safe events for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
